AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH AMENDING AND REPEALING
CHAPTER 4 OF DIVISION 6 OF THE UKIAH CITY
CODE
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows:
Section 1. Sections 5261, 5262, and 5263 of the Ukiah City Code are repealed in
their entirety.
Section 2. Section 5260 is amended to read as follows:
Section 5260 - Entire City established as fire district;
fire zone designated:
The entire City of Ukiah is hereby declared to be and is hereby established
as a Fire District; said Fire District shall be known and designated as
Fire Zone Three.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Ukiah.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after is adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1976 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilwoman Pearson, Councilmen Norgard, Wood, Simpson, Mayor Weinkauf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
