ORDINANCE N0. 620
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, OF DIVISION 9
OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE BY REZONING A PORTION
OF C-M TO C-1 (JOHN E. MYERS)
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby Ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of Division 9 of the Ukiah City Code as amended is
hereby further amended as follows:
The Zoning Map adopted by Section 9006 as amended is further amended
by changing from C-M Zone to C-1 Zone, that portion of real property situated
in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of California described as
follows:
That portion of real property situated in the City of Ukiah
County of Mendocino, State of California and designated as
Parcel No. 2-334-58 in the records of the Assessor of
Mendocino County, commonly called 165 East Gobbi Street
all as more particularly shown in Zone Change Application File No. 72-10,
which application file is in the hands of the Planning Commission Secretary.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1972 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Scotto, Simpson, Pearson, and Mayor pro tem Buxton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Norgard
