ORDINANCE N0. 604
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 11,
ARTICLE 4, SECTION 1957 OF THE
UKIAH CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby ORDAIN as
follows:
Section 1. Section 1957 of Article 4, Chapter 11, Division 1
of the Ukiah City Code is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk of the City of Ukiah shall cause
this ordinance to be published once within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption in the Ukiah Daily Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the City of Ukiah. This
ordinance was first read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Ukiah held on the 3rd day of June, 1970, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 10th day of June , 1970, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Scotto, Buxton, Henderson, and Mayor pro tem Norgard.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Hi11

CERTIFICATION
I, Hattie M. Tillotson, City Clerk of the City of Ukiah and ex officio
clerk of the City Council, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy
of Ordinance No. 604 adopted by the said City Council at a regular meeting
thereof on the 10th day of June, 1970.
