HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-03 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23' 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION 96-3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING THE REQUIREMENT FOR VEHICLES TO STOP ON THE SOUTHBOUND APPROACH OF HIGHLAND AVENUEAT HIGHLAND COURT WHEREAS, the Ukiah City Council approved the report and adopted the recommendation from the City Engineer on June 7, 1995, that Highland Avenue from Highland Court to approximately 100 feet south of Clay Street be opened to two-way traffic, WHEREAS, the recommendation included stopping southbound vehicles on Highland Avenue at Highland Court, NOW T~mREFORE, be it resolved, that pursuant to Section 7100 of the Ukiah Municipal Code, vehicles southbound on Highland Avenue shall be required to stop at Highland Court. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th of July, 1995 by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Mastin, Malone, Wattenburger, Shoemaker, and Mayor Schneiter NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEg~: ?'
