AMENDING CHAPTER 2, OF DIVISION g
OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE BY REZONING
A PORTION OF R-1 ZONE TO C-1 AND
C-2 ZONES AND PRE-ZONING AS C-1 AND
C-2 ZONES THE TERRITORY WITHIN PRO-
PROSED ANNEXATION N0. 66-1 (ALEX THOMAS)
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1, Chapter 2 of Division 9 of the Ukiah City Code as amended
by Ordinance Nos. 562 and 576 is hereby further amended as follows:
The Zoning Map adopted by Section 9006 as amended by Ordinance
Nos. 562 and 576 is further amended as follows as to the portions
of real property situate in the County of Mendocino, State of Cali-
fornia, portions of which are located both within and without the
City of Ukiah, described as follows:
PARCEL N0. 1: Re-zone from R-1 to C-1 and C-2 zones the following
terri tory:
Those portions of property lying North of Orchard Avenue
and West of the present Easterly City limits as shown on
the map entitled "City of Ukiah Zone Change Annexation
No. 66-1".
PARCEL N0. 2: Pre-zone as C-1 and C-2 zones the following
terri tory:
That territory presently contiguous to and outside of
the City of Ukiah as shown on the map entitled "City
of Ukiah Zone Change Annexation No, 66-1".
Section 2, The map entitled "City of Ukiah Zone Change Annexation
No. 66-1" is hereby adopted as an amendment to the ZoningMap of the
City of Ukiah.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1966 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Scotto, Crook, Henderson, Harlowe, and Mayor Norgard,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
