UKIAH CITY COUNCIL MODIFYING RESOLUTION NO. 92-33 BY REMOVING A PORTION OF HIGHLAND AVENUEASA DESIGNATED ONE-WAY STREET WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-33, which designates certain streets or portions of streets as one-way streets, designates Highland Avenue from Highland Court to a point approximately 100 feet south of Clay Street as a northbound one-way street, WHEREAS, the Ukiah City Council has received a report and a recommendation from the City Engineer that the portion of Highland Avenue designated as a northbound one-way street be opened to two- way traffic, WHEREAS, the Ukiah City Council approved the report and adopted the recommendation on June 7, 1995. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Highland Avenue from Highland Court to a point approximately 100 feet south of Clay Street, shall be opened to two-way traffic and Resolution No. 92-33 is hereby modified by deleting the designation of this segment of Highland Avenue as a northbound one-way street.
