RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
ADOPTING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF UKIAH AND THE MANAGEMENT UNIT
WHEREAS, the Employee/Employer Relations Officer has met and conferred in
good faith with representatives of the Management Unit; and
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding for the term of October 1, 2007 -
September 30, 2010 has been agreed to; and
WHEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding has been presented to the City
Council for its consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Memorandum of Understanding
is hereby adopted and the Employee/Employer Relations Officer is authorized to enter
into this Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2007, by the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Thomas,
NOES: None
Councilmember Baldwin
ABSENT:
Crane, McCowen, and Mayor Rodin
ABSTAIN: None
Mari Rodin, Mayor
