In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than 10 minutes per subject. Discussion and possible action regarding issuance of commercial truck parking on Seminary Avenue -Captain Chuck Yates, Ukiah Fire Department (Waiting for response from City Attorney Rapport) Discussion and possible action regarding the installation of flashing lights at City crosswalks -John Newfield.
