The Traffic Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for
everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not
more than 10 minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on non-agenda items.

a. Discussion and possible action regarding request for speed bump installation on EI Rio
Street.
b. Discussion and possible action regarding "No Parking" Zone at 540 South Orchard Avenue,
Department of Motor Vehicles/CHP -Captain E. Conley, Commander

a. Discussion and possible action regarding the removal of the red zone (No Parking
Zone) in front of 953 North State Street -Steve and Melanie Pardini.

Highland, Standley, Clay and Smith Streets near Trinity School -Continued to January 2003.
Discussion and possible action regarding issuance of commercial truck parking on Seminary Avenue
-Captain Chuck Yates, Ukiah Fire Department (Waiting for response from City Attorney Rapport)
Discussion and possible action regarding the installation of flashing lights at City crosswalks -John
Newfield.
