The Traffic Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for
everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not
more than SO minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on non-agenda items.

c. Discussion and possible action regarding changes to curbside parking at 697 South
Orchard Avenue -Vern Parducci
d. Discussion and possible action to relocate an MTA bus stop from South State Street and
Hastings Avenue to 120 feet or 190 feet west of the Washington Avenue and South State Street
intersection, and red curb the proposed location -Doug Pilant, MTA
