III. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The Traffic Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for
everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not
more than 10 minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on non-agenda items.
ANNOUNCEMENT -Introduction of Kevin T. Cotroneo, Community Member, to the Traffic
Engineering Committee
DISCUSSIONJACTION ITEMS:
N. OLD BUSINESS
a. Discussion and possible action regarding on-street parking on West Church and West
Stepenson Streets near Trinity School -continued to March 19, 2002 meeting.
b. Discussion regarding hatch marks painted within crosswalks for high visibility. Set standards
and policy.
c. Discussion and possible action regarding removal of "No Parking" zone for one vehicle
parking spaces at 493 Highland Avenue.
V. NEW BUSINESS
a. Discussion and possible action regarding traffic speed on Leslie Street, and Police
Department response with additional speed zone enforcement and placement of radar trailer on
Leslie Street -Lisa Lopez.
b. Discussion and possible action regarding on-street parking in the vicinity of 821 N. Bush
Street -Ruth Toxqui, Resident.
