III. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The TrafFc Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for
everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not
more than 10 minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be
taken on non-agenda items.
DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
IV. OLD BUSINESS
a. Discussion and possible action regarding continuing problems caused by parking along
the east side of North Bush Street, approaching Low Gap Road, as stated by Ruth Toxqui, 821
North Bush Street. Letter dated February 5, 2002. Continued from March 19, 2002 meeting.
b. Update from Subcommittee regarding parking and public safety issues in the neighborhood
of Dora, Highland, Standley, Clay and Smith Streets, Continued from March 19, 2002 meeting.
c. Discussion to relocate MTA bus stop adjacent to Diamonds and Gold, 102 North School
Street. Continued from March 19, 2002 meeting.
V. NEW BUSINESS
a. Discussion and possible action regarding safety concerns due to pedestrian/vehicle
interaction at the corner of Smith Street and North Main Street, as stated in Rick Seanor's a-mail
record dated April 3, 2002.
