In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than 10 minutes per subject. Discussion and possible action regarding issuance of commercial truck parking on Seminary Avenue -Captain Chuck Yates, Ukiah Fire Department. V. a. Discussion and possible action regarding the installation of stop signs on westbound Perkins Street at Oak Street, and eastbound Standley at Oak Street -William French. VI.
