II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 9, 1999 and December 14, 1999
III. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
The Traffic Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for
everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person
and not more than 10 minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow
action to be taken on non-agenda items.
IV. DISCUSSIONlACTION ITEMS:
NEW BUSINESS
a. Request to establish a bus stop southbound on North State Street between
the entrances to the Food Bank (888 North State Street) and Lee's Fast
Foods (816 North State Street) specifically 240 feet south of the traffic signal
post at Low Gap Road, extending the full 25 foot length of the curb.
OLD BUSINESS
a. Consider re-establishment of bus stop on Gobbi Street, westbound, near
Leslie Street intersection -Steve Turner, MTA
b. Review Committee Membership as established by City Ordinance. Possible
recommendation to City Council for revision -David Lohse, City of Ukiah
Planning.
c. Review information on light guard system -Steve Turner, MTA
