AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS The Traffic Engineering Committee welcomes input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than 10 minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on non-agenda items. ANNOUNCEMENT -Resignation of Diane Zucker DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: VI. OLD BUSINESS a. Issues related to on-street parking on West Church and West Stephenson Streets near Trinity School -Jim Looney, Public Works Department (No action scheduled - continued to November 20, 2001 meeting). b. Update regarding increased traffic speed on Lorraine Street -Katherine La Rue, 7 Lorraine Street c. Discussion and possible action regarding increased traffic speed on Marshall Street - John Champion d. Request to change loading zone adjacent to Sports Attic, between North School and North State Streets, to parking spaces, and a loading zone established at the end of the block in front of the former Wildberger's Market -Richard Cleland, owner of Sports Attic (No Action -continued to November 20, 2001 meeting) e. Update on request regarding diagonal parking in front of First Christian Church at 140 N. Spring Street Spring Street between Perkins and Standley Streets -Harold Phillips -First Christian Church. V. NEW BUSINESS a. Discussion and possible action regarding request to reconsider action taken at intersection of Smith Street and Oak Street -Peter Richardson, Rainbow Construction (Memorandum attached) b.
