RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
ESTABLISHING PARKING ENFORCEMENT FEES
WHEREAS, in prior years, the County courts have established bail amounts for parking
violations; and
WHEREAS, AB408 decriminalized parking violations, taking the judicial responsibility from
the County Courts, and converting it to a municipal administrative responsibility; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to establish a comprehensive list of parking enforcement
fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following list of parking enforcement
fees are established.
7361 Parking Lot $11.00
7361 Meter $12.00
7161 24 Minute Parking $12.00
7162.5 90 Minute Parking $12.00
7163 Two Hour Parking $12.00
7051 Continuing Violation $14.00
7165 No Parking $12.00
7166 Overnight Parking $12.00
7169 Parking In Two Spaces $12.00
7181(a) Red Zone Parking $12.00
7181(b) Loading Zone Parking $12.00
7181(c) White Zone Parking $12.00
7389.1 Parking On Private Property $ 59.00
7144 Parked In Excess of 72 Hours $14.00
