3. Public Forum - Time will be reserved for the public to address the Board on any subject relating to the Board's
responsibilities. The Chair will determine the number of persons who wish to speak. The Chair requests that each person
addressing the Board limit their presentation to three minutes. More lengthy items may be calendared fora future meeting.
4. Consider hearing urgent items received since the Agenda was posted - In accordance vvith
Section 54954.2(b)(2) of the Government Code Brown Act, two-thirds Vote Required for Action Items. (Upon determination
by a two-thirds vote of the legislative body, or if less than two-thirds of the members are present, unanimous vote of those
members present, that the need to take action arose after the Agenda was posted).
