3. Public Forum - Time will be reserved for the public to address the Board on any subject relating to the Board's
responsibilities. The Chair will determine the number of persons who wish to speak. The Chair requests that each person
addressing the Board limit their presentation to three minutes. More lengthy items may be calendared for a future meeting.
4. Consider Bearing urgent items received since the Agenda was posted - In accordance with
Section 54954.2(b)(2) of the Government Code Brown Act, two-thirds Vote Required for Action Items. (Upon determination
by a two-thirds vote of the legislative body, or if less than two-thirds of the members are present, unanimous vote of those
members present, that the need to take action arose after the Agenda was posted).

Urgent Items
In accordance with 5954.2(b)(2) of the Government Code (Brown Act), a two thirds vote is required to add Action Items.
Materials related to any item added to the Board of Directors Agenda after distribution of the Agenda Packet are
available for public inspection at the Agency Office located at 151 Laws Avenue, Ukiah, CA during regular business
hours.
Closed Session
The Board may adjourn to a closed session to consider litigation, personnel matters, or contract negotiations under
Government Code 54956.
