AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT 2021-207-A2
BETWEEN
MILSOFT UTILITY SOLUTIONS and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 2, entered on June 17, 2026, revises the Agreement dated June 11,
2021, between the City of Ukiah and Milsoft Utility Solutions, for vendor products and
services related to providing a Utility Billing Customer Information System (CIS).
This Amendment No. 2 extends the contract term for one year, and increases the price per
month to $3,500, per Exhibit 1.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
