Dear Marianne:
The Total Bern Productions team are excited to be providing sound, DJ
and MC for the Pumpkin Fest 2025. All music will be suitable for a
family event. We will arrive at least 3 hours early to set up and sound
check.
Total Bern Productions will provide the following:
1.An MC/ DJ to announce and entertain attendees throughout
and to MC special events- IE Dog Costume Contest.
2.Our own Branded Pop up Shade and table coverings
3.4- JBL EON712 Professional Loud Speakers
4.2- JBL EON715 Professional Loud Speakers
5.Stealth Wireless Connectivity Package

6.Various Power and Sound Cords
7.Mackie 12 channel Professional Mixer with connectivity for
participating event acts. IE- SPACE, Ballet Folklorico etc.
8.2 Wireless Shure Professional microphones. Note- For musical
acts needing additional mics, they will need to provide their
own mics.
9.Recorded announcements thanking sponsors for the event
City Of Ukiah Recreation will Provide the following:
1.Access to power
2.2- 6 foot tables
3.Written info on event sponsors 30 days prior to event for
recording
4.Food Vouchers for Lunch for sound team (2) if available
5.Contact information for all special acts. IE Instilling Goodness
School, SPACE and Ballet Folklorico etc.
If this package is acceptable to you, please sign this anywhere below
and and return with retainer of $1250.00. Checks payable to Total
Bern Productions
Balance of $1469 is due at the event and do not hesitate to call me at
