URGENCY ITEM
a. Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Up To Three-Year Cooperative
Agreement for Dispatch Services with the California Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection.
Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an up to three-year
agreement for dispatch services with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

The Investment Oversight Committee (Committee) welcomes input from the audience that is within the subject matter

Recommended Action: Adopt the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Preliminary Budget for the Ukiah Valley Fire
Authority Budget through Resolution and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.
