CALL TO ORDER: Director Nezvill called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Roll Call was taken, all present.
MINUTES: Approval/Correction of Minutes: July 8, 2024
Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director Ne-611, to approve the Minutes for July 8,
2024. This motion was passed with a unanimous aye vote.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT - Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director LaRue, to
approve the Financial/Pay Bills for July & August 2024. This motion was passed with a
unanimous aye vote.
Public Forum
None.
Closed Session:
Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director LaRue, to adjourn to closed session at 6:33
p.m. This motion was passed with a unanimous aye vote.
a. Conference with Legal Counsel
i. Potential Litigation per Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4)(2)
ii. Information received. Direction given.
Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director LaRue, to Return to Open Session at 8:02
p.m. This motion was passed with a unanimous aye vote.
New Business
a. Receipt of Letter of Termination of Master Service Agreement from Millview CWD &
Redwood Valley CWD
Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director LaRue, to approve the Letter of
Termination of Master Service Agreement from Millview CWD & Redwood Valley CWD. This
motion was passed with a unanimous aye vote.
a. Consideration of Proposed Budget for FY 2024/2025
Director Gordon made a motion, seconded by Director LaRue, to approve the 2024/2025
Proposed Budget. This motion passed with a unanimous aye vote.
