Director Nevill called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll Call was taken.

Closed Session:
Director LaRue made a motion, seconded by Director Gordon, to adjourn to closed session at 6:31
p.m. This motion was passed with a unanimous aye vote.

ii. Information received. Direction given.
Director LaRue made a motion, seconded by Director Gordon, to return to open session at 8:07
pm.
Adjourn
Director Nevill made a motion, seconded by Director Gordon, to adjourn. This motion was
passed with a unanimous aye vote. The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
