1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The Redwood Valley County Water District (RVCWD) Board of Directors met at a
Special Meeting on January 28, 2026, having been legally noticed on January
25, 2026. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81967367611. Chair Gaska called the meeting to
order at 5:02 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Directors Present: Ken
Todd, Tom Schoeneman, and Chair Gaska. DIRECTORS ABSENT: Derek
Dahlen. Staff Present: Jared Walker, RVCWD General Manager; and Kim
Saylor, Deputy Clerk.

2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Presenter: Jared Walker, RVCWD General Manager.
a. Appointment of Candidate to the Redwood Valley County Water District
(RVCWD) Board.
Recommended Action: Appoint a Candidate to the RVCWD Board.
Motion/Second: Todd/Gaska appoint Whitney Seckora as a Director to the
Redwood Valley County Water District Board through noon the first Friday of
December 2026. Motion carried by the following roll call votes: AYES: K. Todd and
Chair Gaska. NOES: T. Schoeneman. ABSENT: D. Dahlen. ABSTAIN: None.
3. SET NEXT MEETING DATE
Presenter: Jared Walker, RVCWD General Manager.
Next Regular Meeting: February 19, 2026
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
