CALL TO ORDER The Redwood Valley County Water District held a Regular Meeting on July 14, 2025, the meeting was legally noticed on June 13, 2025. The meeting was held in person and at the following virtual link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81967367611. Chair A. Gaska called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. CHAIR A. GASKA PRESIDING. 2. ROLL CALL Roll was taken with the following Directors Present: Ken Todd, Bree Klotter, Tom Schoeneman, Derek Dahlen, and Chair Adam Gaska. Directors Absent: None. Staff Present: Kim Saylor, Deputy Clerk. GM Walker NP. 3. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS No public comments were received. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of 2025-06-19 Redwood Valley Minutes as amended. Motion/Second: Klotter/Schoeneman to approve the Minutes of June 19, 2025, a Regular Meeting. Motion carried by the following Roll Call votes: AYES: K. Todd, T. Schoeneman, B. Klotter, D. Dahlen, and Chair, A. Gaska. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None. 5. FINANICAL REPORTS Quarterly Report. Informational. Invite Olga Keough to the next meeting to show how to read financial statements. 6. ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL REPORTS GENERAL MANANGEMENT REPORT: a Written Report Provided. OFFICE MANAGEMENT REPORT: None. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Updates on Eel-Russian Project Authority (ERPA) Next Meeting July 21, 2025 @3:00. b. Small Community Drought Relief Grant Project. c. Report on Ukiah Valley Water Authority (UVWA) Next Meeting July 24, 2025 & August 7, 2025 @5:00 pm. Informed Board where to find the UC Berkley Article regarding Consolidation Efforts. d. Annexation Efforts with Russian River Flood Control District. e. Updates on Inland Water and Power Commission (IWPC). 7. NEW BUSINESS Discussion and Possible Action: To Determine or Declare Some or Possibly All, of Our Flood Control Contract as Surplus. Motion/Second: Klotter/Dahlen to Declare All of Redwood Valley CWD Water Districts Flood Control Contract as Surplus. Motion carried by the following Roll Call votes: AYES: K. Todd, T. Schoeneman, B. Klotter, D. Dahlen, and Chair, A. Gaska. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None. 8. COMMITTEE MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS IWPC Meeting Monday July 23, 2025. 9.
