1.CALL TO ORDER
The Redwood Valley County Water District held a Regular Meeting on June 19, 2025, the meeting was
legally noticed on June 13, 2025. The meeting was held in person and at the following virtual link:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89174341211. Chair A. Gaska called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. CHAIR A. GASKA

2.ROLL CALL
Roll was taken with the following Directors Present: Ken Todd, Tom Schoeneman, Derek Dahlen, and Chair
Adam Gaska. Directors Absent: Bree Klotter. Staff Present: Jared Walker, Deputy Director of Water
Resources, and Kim Saylor, Deputy Clerk.
3.AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
No public comments were received.
4.APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the Minutes of 2025-05-15 Redwood Valley Minutes.
Approval of the Minutes of 2025-05-29 Redwood Valley Minutes.
Motion/Second: Todd/Schoeneman to approve the Minutes of May 15, 2025, a Regular Meeting.
Motion/Second: Dahlen/Klotter to approve the Minutes of May 29, 2025, a Special Meeting. Motion
carried by the following Roll Call votes: AYES: K. Todd, T. Schoeneman, B. Klotter, D. Dahlen, and Chair,
A. Gaska. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None.
5.FINANICAL REPORTS
Quarterly Report. Informational.
6.ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL REPORTS GENERAL
MANANGEMENT REPORT:
a Report out that Lake Mendocino is still full.
b Staff is working on generator checks and operational maintenance.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT REPORT:
None.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. Updates on Eel-Russian Project Authority (ERPA)
None.
b. Small Community Drought Relief Grant Project.
The lake is full with approx. 100 CFS coming in and 200 CFS going out.
The Well is completed; the drillers are out. Getting approximately 350 gallons per minute.
Recommendation to pump the well quarterly to keep the flow going.
Final Tie in for the project is out to Bid – 3 weeks for the Bid process.
c. Report on Ukiah Valley Water Authority (UVWA) Meeting cancelled.
d. Annexation Efforts with Russian River Flood Control District. Bree to inquire about parcel maps
overlay from the meets and bounds map.
7. NEW BUSINESS
Cal OES Final information from 2017 Redwood Valley Complex Fire Requested to be Filled out returned.
8. COMMITTEE MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS
IWPC Meeting Monday July 23, 2025.
9. SET NEXT MEETING DATE: July 17, 2025 (Possible no GM)
