terms:
1. This agreamert snail be deeled effective JL:iy 1, 1970,
a=ad shall be effective at least for a ten ( 0) year period until
City notifies County of desire to oiitL`kc=,T from Free Library System.
2. City shall join the Courwy tree Library Systems effective
July 1, 1970, and City's resiGents she:,.! be entitled to the benefits
of the County Free Library and the property within the City shall be
liable to taxes levied for County Free L brarye4. sezaicas.
3. City shall construct a library building of approxiately

15,000 square feet to mouse the County Free LiIb-awy System, said
lout-ding to Le located in the City of r:iah, on Main, Street, between
Pe7'k fus Street and Standley Street.

vice and shall become part of the County Civil service
Syztem. County shall retain such emaloyecs for at least
one year from july 1, 1970, during which ti.:.e said er^ployees
