Scope of Wor k This quote is hereby submitted for the purchase and installation of a new commercial fire alarm LTE dual SIM AT&T & Verizon) cellular communicator with its own separate power supply and backup battery for the existing fire alarm control panel. This quote also includes a new document box (next to the fire panel), a lockout for the dedicated breaker along with a surge protector for the fire panel, and a new replacement smoke detector (above the fire panel). Please note that this quote will require a new 36 month monitoring agreement at the rate of $72.95/month. Testing as required per the NFPA 72 will be performed, as needed.
