ORDINANCE NO. 1267
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AMENDING SECTION 62
OF THE UKIAH CITY CODE, PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION OF MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCILMEMBERS
The City Council of the City of Ukiah hereby ordains as follows:
1. Ukiah City Code Section 62 is amended to read as follows:
§62: SALARIES: The mayor and council members shall be paid eight hundred ninety-
two dollars and fifty cents ($892.50) per month. Any amounts authorized and paid on
behalf of such officers for retirement, health and welfare, and federal social security
benefits shall not be included for purposes of determining salary under this section.
2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be published as required by law in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Ukiah. Pursuant to Ukiah City Code § 65,
the pay increase effected by this Ordinance shall only apply to Councilmember salaries
following the next municipal election, which is scheduled for November 2026.
