The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link: htt s://us06web.zoom.us/' 84775413780, Chair Nevill called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Members Present: Devin Gordon, Gary Nevill, Chair Ross LaRue; ABSENT: None. Two seats are currently vacant. Staff Present: Jared Walker, MCWD General Manager; Liz Patton, Finance; Olga Keough, Controller, City of Ukiah; and Kim Saylor, Ukiah City Deputy Clerk. Report on Eel -Russian Project Authority (ERPA) & Inland Water and Power Commission (IWPC). Presenter: Jared Walker, WCWD General Manager. IWPC meeting on April Th, 2026, was a 3-hour meeting regarding mostly budget and the ask for the addition of an Executive Director for the IWPC to go to Washington and the State level to advocate for the Potter Valley Project (PVP) and raising of Coyote Dam. Water Districts' Projects Presenter: Jared Walker, WCWD General Manager. • Bella Vista Subdivision groundbreaking is projected by the developer to start some time at the end of May or the beginning of June. • Discussion regarding the 12" water main that is near Oak Knoll and Oak Court being completed in the first phase of the project. c.
