This Amendment No. 1, entered on March 25, 2026, revises the Agreement for Professional
services dated January 12, 2024 between the City of Ukiah and Fun Times Inc., DBA: The Pub, to
provide concession services for the City of Ukiah Sports Complex.
This Amendment No. 1 extends the term of the contract for one (1) additional year. Except as
expressly amended by this Amendment No. 1, all other terms and conditions of the agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
