Public Expression
Members of the public may address the Board for a maximum of three minutes on items within the jurisdiction of the
Board. No action may be taken on any item not appearing on the agendas, the Board may direct such items to be
placed on future meeting agendas or may request additional information on any such item.
Closed Session
The Board may adjourn to a closed session to consider litigation, personnel matters, or real estate negotiations.
Discussion of real estate negotiations may be held in closed session under Government Code 54956.8. Discussion of
pending litigation may be held in closed session under Government Code 54956.9.
