RESOLUTION NO.2015-09
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING CHANGE OF SIGNATURE CARD ON THE CAPITAL FUND ACCOUNT ESTABLISHED
WITH THE SAVINGS BANK OF MENDOCINO COUNTY
WHEREAS, Millview County Water District has established in its name, a deposit account with
the Savings Bank of Mendocino County, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon with
said bank, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have amended the signature procedure required to pay
District expenditures out of the CAPITAL FUND to require at least one Board Member signature and the
General Manager's signature and in his absence, three Board members signatures.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND SO ORDERED that the following:
Kenneth Budrow
Jerrold Cardoza
Weldon Jones
Richard Mack
Jeanne Metcalf
William Koehler
Of the District be and are hereby authorized to withdraw funds of this District, from the established
CAPITAL FUND upon check of this District, or upon withdrawal orders furnished to said bank, signed as
provided herein with signatures duly certified by said bank, by the Secretary of this District, and said
bank is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all check or withdrawal orders so signed, including
those drawn to the individual orders so signed, including those drawn to the individual order of any
officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
Director introduced the above and foregoing resolution, who moved for its
adoption, seconded by Director , i 6a= . , and PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of
December, 2015 by the following roll call vote:

WHEREUPON, the President declared said resolution passed and adopted and SO ORDERED.
