A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
PLACING IN NOMINATION
AS A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES
REGION 1 DIRECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
A. Recitals
I. The Board of Directors of the Millview County Water District does encourage and support the
participation of its members in the affairs of the Association of California Water Agencies.
(ACWA).
II. Director Mary Talso of Redwood Valley County Water District has indicated a desire to service
as a Director of ACWA Region 1.
B. Resolves
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT,
1. Does place its full and unreserved support in the nomination of Mary Talso for the Director of
ACWA Region 1.
II. Does hereby determine that the expenses attendant with the service of Mary Talso in
ACWA Region 1 shall be shared in part by Millview County Water District.
Adopted and approved this 161" day of August 2016.
