Before the Board of Directors of
MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS the Thomas Family constructed a twelve (12") inch water pipeline on an
easement it held from Masonite Corporation.
WHEREAS the pipeline creates a service loop which is of value to the District;
WHEREAS the pipeline was constructed by a local firm of impeccable reputation and the
District is satisfied that the pipeline was properly installed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Millview County
Water District as follows:
1. The pipeline depicted in Exhibit A is accepted by the District as a district facility and
the District will now assume the maintenance and operation of the pipeline,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15 day of March 2021 by the following vote:

Noes: $
Abstain: -&
Absent: 19.
