CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Redwood Valley County Water District (RVCWD) Board of Directors met at a Regular Meeting on January 28, 2026, having been legally noticed on February 12, 2026. Chair Gaska called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Directors Present: Ken Todd, Tom Schoeneman, Whitney Seckora at (5:04) and Chair Gaska. Project is close to wrapping up still a small amount of grant funding. c. Annexation Efforts with Russian River Flood Control. Presenter: Jared Walker, WCWD General Manager. The consensus of the board was to approve the amendment from RRFC & RVCWD Cost Sharing Agreement. d. Ukiah Valley Water Authority (UVWA) Updates. Presenter: Jared Walker, WCWD General Manager. Next meeting March 5, 2026, finalizing all the Resolutions for the Rate increases. 8. COMMITTEE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS: Presenter: Jared Walker The Chemical Room at the Treatment Plant has a Tank that needs replacement. Consensus of the Board that the Tank should be replaced.
