In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. No current applicants for the Vacancy on the Millview County Water District Board. 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a. Discussion and Possible Action to appoint a Successor to Represent J. Cardoza for the Ukiah Valley Water Authority. Recommended Action: Appoint a Successor for J. Cardoza to the Ukiah Valley Water Authority. Motion/Second: T. Prince/M. DeMartini to Appoint Bryan Ross as Successor for J. Cardoza to the Ukiah Valley Water Authority. 7. ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL REPORT a. General Management Report. Presenter: Jared Walker, Millview Water Districts General Manager. b. Report on Local Water Districts Projects. Not a lot of active projects currently. Mostly maintenance of the grounds, weed eating, abatement. Continue searching for a mobile trailer for job site. c. Report on Eel -Russian Project Authority. ERPA tied to IWPC February 12, meeting was lengthy but had good points. d. Report on Ukiah Valley Water Authority (UVWA). Next meeting March 5, 2026, at 5:00 pm at the Ukiah Valley Conference Center. e. Report on Ackerman Bridge Update. Final invoices from Granite or County. g.
