AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON -AGENDA ITEMS The Ukiah Valley Water Authority (UVWA) - Redwood Valley County Water District members welcome input from the audience. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to three (3) minutes per person and not more than ten (10) minutes per subject. The Brown Act regulations do not allow action to be taken on audience comments on non -agenda items. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Redwood Valley County Water District (RVCWD) Board of Directors met at a Regular Meeting on November 20, 2025, having been legally noticed on November 17, 2025. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link: Chairhttps://usO6web.zoom.us/m/81967367611. Chair Gaska called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Directors Present: Ken Todd, Tom Schoeneman, Bree Klotter, and Chair Gaska. ABSENT:, Derek Dahlen, by pre -arrangement, Ken Todd. Staff Present: Jared Walker, RVCWD General Manager; and Kim Saylor, Ukiah Deputy City Clerk. PRESIDENT GASKA PRESIDING. 2. AUDIENCE COMMENTS ON NON -AGENDA ITEMS Public Comment: No public comment was received. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of the Minutes for the October 16, 2025 RVCWD Regular Meeting. Motion/Second: Schoeneman/Klotter to approve the minutes for the October 16, 2025, RVCWD Regular Meeting, as amended. Motion carried by the following roll call votes: AYES: Schoeneman, Klotter, and Chair Gaska. NOES: None. ABSENT: Dahlen and Todd. ABSTAIN: None. 4. FINANCIAL REPORTS a. Receive/Accept Financial Report. Public Comment: None. Member Consensus to continue this item to the next scheduled meeting.
