HomeMy WebLinkAbout1092 amending zoning mapORDt'NANCE NO. 1092 AN ORDTNANCE OF THE CI'TY COUNCI'L OF THE CI'TY OF UKZAH AMENDtNG THE OFFI'CTAL ZONI'NG MAP FOR THE CI'TY OF UKTAH, CALI'FORNI'A The City Council of City of UkJah does hereby ordain as follows: SECTZON ONE Pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9009 of the Ukiah Municipal Code, the Official Zoning Hap for the City of Ukiah is amended to change the zoning on a .53-acre property at 125-137 Ford Street (APN 002-121-18) from R-3 (High Density Residential) to R-3 PD (High Density Residential-Planned Development Combining). SEC'I'ZON TWO This rezoning action and amendment to the Official Zoning Hap of the City of Ukiah is necessary to establish a planned development area on the site with standards that will allow the division of the site into 4 lots with flexible lot sizes, lot widths, and yard areas, and the subsequent development of the site with a precise development plan with townhome and second unit development, as shown on Exhibits ! and 2 of this ordinance and subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval shown on Exhibit 3 of this ordinance. SECTZON THREE This rezoning action and amendment to the official Zoning Map of the City of Ukiah is effective upon the completion of the land division proposed in MS 05-25. SECTZON FOUR This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah. SECTZON FOUR This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after adoption.
