The Lessee assumes all risks and responsibility for the Equipment from the time
of delivery until pickup. The Lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft
of the Equipment, excluding normal wear and tear, and agrees to pay the full
repair or replacement cost. The Lessee agrees to secure the Equipment when not
in use to protect it from theft and damage.
In the event of extreme wind, rain or snow on the date of set-up, Lessor may
request a delay to avoid injury to employees, damage to tent or Lesse’s property.
