AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT 2526-079
BETWEEN
WEST YOST
and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on December 2nd, 2025 revises the Agreement for
Professional services dated July 11th, 2025 between the City of Ukiah and West Yost,
for professional services relating to the Russian River Watershed Association 2025-
2026 Work Plan.
This Amendment No. 1 adds additional Scope of Work per Exhibit 1 and adds an
additional $3,500. This revises the total, not-to-exceed amount to $722,097.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.

SUBJECT: Proposal for Budget Adjustment for the RRWA 2025-2026 Work Plan
Dear Mr. Stricklin:
The purpose of this letter proposal is to provide the City of Ukiah with a proposed scope of
services and budget for an adjustment to the Russian River Watershed Association 2025-2026
Work Plan. The proposed adjustment is to provide Sonoma Water with additional promotional
items from TIV Branding Inc. per Sonoma Water’s request. This adjustment would add task
C.8.B, Streets to Creeks Promotional Items and be funded by Sonoma Water.
The estimated fee is $3,500 which includes the attached vendor invoice, our standard vendor
fee markup, and RRWA staff’s time to administer the request and vendor payment.
