ROLL CALL Ukiah City Council met at a Regular Meeting on October 15, 2025, having been legally noticed on October 10, 2025. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link: https://usO6web. zoom. uslj/84875504288. Mayor Crane called the meeting to order at 5:17 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Mari Rodin, Heather Criss, Juan V. Orozco, Susan Sher, and Douglas, F. Crane. Staff Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; Darcy Vaughn, Assistant City Attorney; and Araceli Sandoval, Deputy City Clerk. MAYOR CRANE PRESIDING. 2. Strike Out Cancer Fundraiser Presentation. Presenters: Kyle Nuss, Senior Sports Coordinator and Jake Burgess, Community Services Supervisor. No public comment was received. Presentation was received and ceremonial check was presented to the Cancer Resource Centers of Mendocino County. b. Proclamation Recognizing the Month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in the City of Ukiah. Presenter: Councilmember Criss. No public comment was received. Proclamation was received by Chelsea Lorenz, Project Sanctuary. c. Presentation of Proposed Financial Plan and Process for Ukiah Valley Water Authority Rate Adjustments by Hildebrand Consulting.
