HomeMy WebLinkAboutState of California Natural Resources AgencyState of California Natural Resources Agency The Water Quality, Supply, and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2014 (Prop 1) California Urban Rivers Grant Program AMENDMENT #4 TO GRANT AGREEMENT UR0408-0 GRANTEE NAME: City of Ukiah PROJECT TITLE: Riverside Floodplain Regeneration Project This amendment is hereby made and agreed upon by the State of California, acting through the Natural Resources Agency and by the City of Ukiah pursuant to the above identified program. The State and Grantee, in mutual consideration of the promises made herein and in the agreement, of which this is an amendment, agree to the following: Extend the Project Performance Period of the Grant Agreement from March 1, 2025 to October 1, 2028 None of these changes affects the total funds awarded in this grant agreement as stated on the signature page. In all other respects, the agreement and the terms and conditions if relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and effect. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this amendment as of the date entered below.
