RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ADOPTING THE CITY OF UKIAH
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT HOMEOWNER PROGRAM GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has drafted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeowner
Program Guidelines using templates provided by the State of California Department of Housing and
Community Development; and
WHEREAS, as part of a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ukiah; held October 15,
2025, the City Council reviewed and considered proposed CDBG Homebuyer Program Guidelines
and received public comment in a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Ukiah has reviewed and hereby adopts the City of Ukiah
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeowner Program Guidelines attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
2. The City Manager or designee is authorized and directed to act on the City's behalf in all matters
pertaining to the CDBG Homeowner Program Guidelines
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15T" day of October, 2025, by the following vote on roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Rodin, Criss, Orozco, Sher, and Mayor Crane.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
