Recommended Action: Authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute a Memorandum of Understanding confirming public safety and animal control services for Pinoleville Pomo Nation. Attachments: 1. Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution approving the successor Memoranda of Understanding between the City of Ukiah and Employee Bargaining Units — International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1245, Ukiah Police Officers Association, Management Unit, and Department Head Unit — effective September 19, 2025, through September 18, 2028, and corresponding Salary Schedules; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements on behalf of the City and amend the budget accordingly.
