RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF UKIAH CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE CITY OF UKIAH EAST PERKINS STREET MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Ukiah is eligible to receive Federal and/or State
funding for certain transportation planning related plans, through the California Department of
Transportation;
WHEREAS, a Restricted Grant Agreement is needed to be executed with the California
Department of Transportation before such funds can be reimbursed through the Transportation
Planning Grant Program;
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements and
any amendments thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ukiah, that the Council
authorizes the City Manager or designee, to execute all restricted grant agreements and any
amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on September 3, 2025, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Rodin, Orozco, Sher, and Mayor Crane.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Criss.
ABSTAIN: None.
