HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-101i ? 9 10 11 I5 16 18 19 21 25 RESOLUTION NO. 93-10 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ADOPTING REVISED $~-~.nULE OF WATER RATES: EFFECTIVE TIME; REPEAL OF PRIOR SC~.nULE The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: That the schedule of water rates attached hereto entitled, "City of Ukiah Water Rates Schedule," be and the same is hereby adopted as the applicable schedule of water rates for the City of Ukiah. Said schedule shall become effective with the billing made on and after September 1, 1992, and shall continue until modified, amended, or repealed by the City Council. All prior rate schedules in conflict herewith are repealed by the City Council. All prior rate schedules in conflict herewith are repealed upon the effective date of the new schedule. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Malone, and Mayor Schneiter NOES: None ABSENT: None RATES day of August , 1992, by McMichael, Wattenburger, Shoemaker Fred Schnei~ r~~ Mayor EFFECTIVE: September 1, 1992 ADOPTED: August 5, 1992 CITY OF UKIAH WATER RATE SCWmDULE APPLICABILITY This schedule is applicable to the sale of water for domestic, agricultural, commercial, industrial, and municipal use. TERRITORY Ail areas served by the City of Ukiah. RATES Schedule 3-B - Water - Inside City Limits QUANTITY PER MONTH Minimum quantity and cost based on meter size: See Table 1 Balance to total consumption $0.50 per 100 cubic feet TABLE 1 Minimum Monthly Charges Inside City Limits Meter Size Charqes Quantity, in Cubic Feet, Allowed for Monthly Minimum Up to 3/4" $12.00 300 1" 12.50 450 1%" 13.00 600 2" 13.50 700 3" 14.50 1000 4" 15.50 1300 6" and Up ~ 16.50 1650 In the case of multiple dwelling units on one service (master meter), the monthly minimum charge shall be the standard minimum charge for the size of service, as previously set forth, plus $8.00 for each unit in excess of one. The following shall each be considered a dwelling unit for the purpose of determining the application of the $8.00 charge: a. A house b. An apartment (including motels on weekly or monthly rental) c. Parts of multiple dwelling units (duplex, triplex, quadplex) d. A trailer space in a court or on a separate lot For each multiple dwelling unit on a master meter, in excess of one, a monthly allowance of 200 cubic feet or 1500 gallons will be provided in addition to the minimum allowed for the master meter. Each dwelling unit, in excess of one, may be billed separately based upon its address as expressed in the electric utility records of the City of Ukiah or may be billed to the landlord of the subject property. Water used over allowed minimums, as registered on the master meter, shall be billed at regular rates as previously set forth.
