CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL (1:32 P.M)
Present: Director Zac Robinson, Alternate Director Tyler Rodrigue, Director Jerry Cardoza, Director Douglas Crane, and Chair Carre Brown. Chair Brown presiding.
Absent: Director Brandi Brown.

3(a) Approval of Minutes from the December 14, 2017, Regular Meeting

Board Action: Upon motion by Director Zac Robinson, seconded by Director Douglas Crane, and carried (3/2/1, with Director Brandi Brown absent, and Director Jerry Cardoza and Alternate
Director Tyler Rodrigue abstaining); IT IS ORDERED that the minutes from the December 14, 2017, Ukiah Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency meeting are hereby approved.

6(a) Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a Draft Request for Proposal for the Development of the Ukiah Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan

Board Action: Upon motion by Director Douglas Crane, seconded by Director Jerry Cardoza, and carried (5/0/1 with Director Brandi Brown absent); IT IS ORDERED that the Mendocino County
Water Agency is authorized to issue a request for proposal for the development of the Ukiah Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan.
6(b) Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Informational Presentation on the
Mendocino County Water Agency Proposition 1 Grant to Develop an Initial Groundwater Sustainability Plan
