AMENDMENT NO. 1

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT 2122239-01
BETWEEN
SCHUBBE CONSULTING and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on December 10, 2024 revises the Agreement for
Consulting Services related to preparation of a Doolin Creek Gateway Trail Concept Plan
dated May 14, 2024 between the City of Ukiah and Schubbe Consulting, as follows.
This Amendment No. 1 adds an additional $12,350, as described in Exhibit 1. This
revises the total, not-to-exceed amount to $19,628.78.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.

DOOLIN RIDGE MTB TRAILS -
PLANNING PROPOSAL
Schubbe Consulting (SC) is pleased to present this
proposal for planning services to the City of Ukiah,
CA (The City) for a mountain bike trail network
optimizing approximately 700 acres of City owned
property on Doolin Ridge. Final milage target will be
10 - 15 miles of new trail.
To complete this task, SC will travel to the project
area to conduct a two-day site visit consisting of VIP
tour with stakeholders and a detailed
pedestrian/bicycle survey. The site visit will be used
to photograph and document the location of
opportunities and challenges to be considered while
developing the concept network.
Upon completion of the site visit, conceptual trail
alignments will be developed, taking advantage of
opportunities observed during the site visit, and
avoiding the challenges. A concept report will be
completed, which includes a concept map,
accompanied by a written & illustrated report
describing the vision for the project and summarizing
the opportunities and challenges appropriate for
additional consideration during design.

OBSERVATIONS AND IS SUBJECT TO
CHANGE.
MDWFP GRANTS SCHUBBE CONSULTING
AND ITS PARTNERS PERMISSION TO
CONDUCT OFF-TRAIL PEDESTRIAN SURVEYS
AND/OR USE OF BICYCLE ON HIKING ONLY
TRAILS, AS NEEDED.
SCHUBBE CONSULTING IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING LEGAL
SURVEYS TO LOCATE PROPERTY
BOUNDARIES.
SCHUBBE CONSULTING IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING
SURVEYS FOR THREATENED AND
ENDANGERED SPECIES, SENSITIVE
HISTORIC/ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES, OR ANY
OTHER TECHNICAL, DESIGN OR
