Attachments: 1. 6a 2024-02-21 Draft Minutes 7. RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR Page 2 of 5 The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and Renew the Lease of a Portion of Riverside Park to Rusty Bowl BMX, Inc. Attachments: 1. Rusty Bowl Draft Lease 8.d. Consideration of Award of Professional Services Contract for Audit Services to Van Lant & Fankhanel, LLP. Recommended Action: Approve a 3-year contract with Van Lant & Fankhanel, LLP for audit services in the amount of $126,200, and to approve two 2-year extensions, if applicable. Attachments: 1. Possible Adoption of an Ordinance Adopting the Amended 2022 California Fire Code, Including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1 Chapter 38, Due to Local Conditions. Recommended Action: Adopt Ordinance amending Division 6, Chapter 3, Articles 1 and 3, of the Ukiah City Code, entitled: 'Fire Prevention Code,' to adopt the 2022 Edition of the California Fire Code, including additions or amendments, as well as NFPA 1 Chapter 38, to address local conditions. Recommended Action: Receive a report of Purchase of Services from SHN Consulting Engineers & Geologists, Inc. in the Amount not to Exceed $53,650 for the Dewatering Project Material Inspection. Recommended Action: Consider the bid protest received from Kirby Construction, reject the counterprotest from DMR Builders, and award the bid to Kirby Construction Company in the amount of $2,446,340 for Specification No. 24-01 Hastings Tenant Improvements and Fire Damage Repair.
