RIGHT TO APPEAL DECISION Persons who are dissatisfied with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review of that decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City Boards and Agencies may be judicially challenged. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Councilmember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. 8.a. Possible Approval of the 2024 Public Spaces Commission Community Outreach Plan and Schedule. Recommended Action: Approve the Public Spaces Commission 2024 Community Outreach plan and schedule. Recommended Action: Adopt the Amended Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ukiah for the Western Hills Annexation Area, Prezoning, and Adoption of an Addendum to the Previously Certified Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Ukiah Western Hills Open Land Acquisition and Limited Development Agreement Project, with instructions to the City Clerk to make the needed notations and adjustments to the re-filing of the resolution. Recommended Action: 1) Receive a report from Staff on the City’s intent to apply for USDA Community Facilities Disaster Repair Program Calendar Year 2022 grant funding to purchase a new wheel loader; 2) conduct a public hearing to receive public comment. Recommended Action: Approve the introduction of an ordinance by title only amending Division 9, Chapter 1 of the Ukiah City Code Article 17.1 (Lot Line Adjustments) and Article 17.2 (Parcel Mergers); and find the ordinance categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
